I GOT IT

Today I received a voicemail and an email of congratulations that I had got the job at the insurance company!  I tried calling them when I got off work, but the office had shut down at three, and hour before our store closed.  The human resources lady won't be in until Thursday, the third, but that's okay. 

So that was definitely a boost in my day and my ego.  They want me to start work on Monday the 14th, so I can give my current employer my two weeks notice. 

So there it is, folks!  I'll let ya know how it all plays out. 

Well, I hope everyone has a great New Year's Eve!  I know I am going to have a great start to the new year!
